We’re Sondra and Gail and we’re co-authoring our first post so we can introduce ourselves and say “Welcome.” If you look up on the sidebar, you’ll see our photos and learn a bit about us.
We’re excited to have this “virtual meeting place” where job seekers, employers and colleagues can discuss everything … crazy stories, interesting facts, proven solutions (and, yes, even air frustrations) about the wide world of employment. From corporate culture to industry trends, from management tips to interview nightmares, we have lots to explore and can’t wait to engage with like-minded folk.
As you can probably tell from all the alliteration and hyperbole, we take the subject of staffing very seriously; in fact, we take it to the Xtreme! Our firm’s brand message is Xtreme Recruiting. Xpect the unXpected. and that is the hallmark of our company. We run our business with an energy and passion that is intense and unconventional. And we plan to approach this blog with the same spirit. We will, however follow a code of conduct that is courteous and open-minded, and hope our visitors will do the same. Let’s play nice!
